If you cancel your Lodge reservation 90 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee and refunded your prepayment. If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of the arrival date, you will not receive a refund of your prepayment and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card on file. However, if we are able to re-rent your Lodge for the same period at equal value, then you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee and refunded the full or partial amount of your prepayment. There are no cancellations due to inclement weather. Approved changes to the dates of your reservation are subject to a $100.00 fee.
